Verizon Wireless just launched a “global” version of their VZ Navigator GPS navigation service. What Verizon calls “global” at the time only includes USA, Canda, Mexico, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden and the UK. Check if your device is compatible here.

VZ Navigator Global costs $20 per month; but you better have the Unlimited Global Email plan since global pay-per-use charges will apply when downloading or using the application. Unlimited Global Email cost $65 monthly if you have a voice plan or $70 monthly access for data only.
