Remember Sony Ericsson Idou? AKA Sony Satio? Well, it just made it through FCC, meaning it will be available in the U.S. very very soon – possibly in September – as expected.
Sony Satio is GPS capable but this is only one of its many many features. The Satio features 3G connection support (850Mhz and 1900Mhz for the U.S.), bluetooh, microSD card slot with upto 32GB support, USB port, Wi-Fi, and of course the 12.1MP camera. The camera is auto focus and features a Xenon flash for your stills and an LED flash for your videos. The screen has 16:9 aspect ratio and measures 3.5″. So in theory you should have a decent photo capturing experience with the Satio. It even does geotagging, smile detection, and touch focus.
