Sony announces three new Nav-U portable Gps: NV-U50, NV-U50T and NV-U70
Sony has announced trhee new portable gps units with the Nav-U series with a 3.5 inch touch screen color display that look to other small GPS units (like the TomTom Go 300) with an extra-wide 80 degree viewing angle.
The entry level device will be the NV-U50 with maps of England, Ireland and France in bundle. NV-U50T will be released with TMC traffic support based on the live traffic feeds.
The NV-U70 will come with the Traffic support as well as a built in 1GB Flash memory drive to store most of Europe on the device.
The new Nav-U line will be available in January 2006 and price will start from about $550
