CenterCup releases PDA Caddy to leverage legalized Golf GPS
With CenterCup’s newly released PDA Caddy , exact distance to the target is now one less thing to worry about. As of Jan. 1, 2006, the USGA will now permit distance-measuring devices for use in tournaments at the discretion of the organizers.

TomTom Captures #2 Market Share For Mobile Navigation in US
America has chosen TomTom as the #2 brand for mobile navigation during the fourth quarter of 2005 - accounting for 25 percent of unit sales, according to recently released retail sales data from The NPD Group, one of the leading providers of retail market information. NPD information is based on data provided by a panel of 2.5 million consumers and point-of-sales tracking results from 600 retail partners worldwide.
TomTom opened its US headquarters in December 2002 and major retailers started selling the TomTom GO 300 and TomTom GO 700 personal GPS units in June 2005. In this short period of time, the GO product line jumped from 7 percent market share in June to 25 percent market share in December 2005, taking the #2 position in the mobile navigation market.
